The Lubrex Booster Program is a collaborative effort between PUNB and Prowheels Distributor (M) Sdn Bhd (PDMSB) aimed to foster the growth of PDMSB’s Lubrex oil distributor business. Under the program, Lubrex oil distributor entrepreneurs appointed by PDMSB will receive business financing from PUNB. PDMSB provides comprehensive services including corporate image and business monitoring, entrepreneurship training and advisory support.
Financing Amount
Financing from RM100 thousand up to RM5 million
- Application open to all sole proprietorships/partnerships/limited liability partnerships/incorporated
- Sole proprietorships and partnerships applying for financing of RM300 thousand and below can maintain with the existing entity. For applications exceeding RM300 thousand, the entity must be incorporated once the application is approved
Profit Rate
- 4% per annum at flat rate
Eligibility Requirements
- Business/company must be 100% bumiputera-owned for financing up to RM1 million, while financing exceeding RM1 million requires a minimum of 70% equity ownership and control by bumiputera
- Business/company must be registered with The Companies Commission of Malaysia or Local Authority (if SSM unavailable)
- New or existing business/company that obtain a valid appointment letter from Prowheels Distributor (M) Sdn Bhd
- Updated financial records for operational business/company
- Good credit record with all relevant financial institutions
- Meet the documentation requirements during the application and disbursement of financing
