 Completed Financing Application Form  Copy of Applicant and Company Director’s Identity Card (IC)  Copy of Qualification Certificates (Degree, Diploma, SPM, etc)  Copy of Form 9, Form 24, Form 49 and Memorandum and Article of Association for Private Limited (if applicable)  Copy of Form A, Form B and Form D for Sole Proprietorship or Partnership (if applicable)  Copy of Business License (if applicable)  Updated audited account for the last 2 years  Updated Management Accounts for the last 12 months  Updated Bank Statement for the last 6 months  Projected Profit & Loss for 2 years  Tenancy Agreement (if applicable)  Copy of Financing Offer Letter from other banks (if applicable) |
