Type of property/building – Commercial shop lot or small industrial building
Already constructed building and has obtained Certificate of Completion & Compliance (CCC)

Rent-To-Own (RTO) is an programme aimed at assisting bumiputera entrepreneurs in acquiring premises that are being rented to operate their business.

Eligibility Requirements

Tenant of PUNB’s property premises and has completed a minimum tenancy period of one (1) year with a good payment record.
