Rent-To-Own (RTO)

Rent-To-Own (RTO) is an initiative aimed at assisting Bumiputera entrepreneurs in acquiring premises that are being rented to operate their business.

Business not contrary to syariah principle
Current property value above RM500,000 as confirmed by PUNB Reviewer Panel
Property type - commercial shop lots or light industrial buildings
A completed property and must obtain Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)
Open to existing tenants that currently renting with a valid rental agreement (Ijarah) and good rental payment track record
RTO property ownership participation is limited to one individual/entity for one property within the RTO period

PUNB property tenant and fulfill the first term of tenancy period of three (3) years with good rental payment track record
Open to existing properties/premise rent by entrepreneurs and in operation for three (3) years
